Laura originally trained as an actor at The Miskin Theatre in Kent from 1999-2002 and achieved a BTEC Advanced Diploma in Acting and a BTEC 1st Award in Theatre Studies.
She received a grounded training through being part of the working theatre that produces 6 in-house productions a year.
This advanced level of experience enabled her to go on to audition and to successfully gain a place at the highly regarded Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.
The three years at Mountview gave her the opportunity to learn lots of new skills and techniques such as acting for radio, for screen, commedia dell'arte, stage combat and a wide training in dance.
After her West End Showcase Laura received representation by the well established agent Sharon Harris at The Harris Agency Limited and soon later graduated with a 2:1 BA (Hon) in Acting
Since graduating work has been consistent with feature and short films, theatre and television and she has continued her training by taking many classes at the Actors Centre.
Laura hopes to further her work especially in television and comedy but as a versatile actor she is open to all avenues that acting might present.
